李家夏雪芒果 種植在知本溫泉村山腳下,灌溉引用第一道無汙染的水圳 , 當地清新涼爽的空氣, 人工除草;
全年用自製的黑糖牛奶酵素施肥保養果樹, 不用化學肥料; 堅持不噴灑催熟劑 ,不施催甜藥
6~7月短暫的採收期, 逐一手工套袋 ,每天早晚巡視採收 " 再欉紅的" 
果實成熟過程, 一律按部就班一氣候決定
每天在樹上轉黃成熟的夏雪數量有限,甜度香味一級棒
山區日夜溫差大 , 白天乾燥 ,晚上濕冷, 獨特氣候, 
更是養成李家夏雪芒果特有的天然香甜風味的主因!
